Damaged Products :
Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product received is damaged ( Product should be returned back to us with unused / Condition , post validation we will arrange for Refund. Courier charges should be take up by Customer.
If you receive a damaged product, please take us a video and contact us in below given number. Our team will promptly review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
Returns Not Accepted For
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Customer preference changes
- Choosing the wrong design or color
- Other reasons unrelated to product damage
As Said serving each customer with new Dhoti is our ultimate Aim , we never send a returned to Another Customer so we will not accept Returns for change of Mind
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.
